This slightly tart glaze is a classic... 1 cup sugar ¼ cup cornstarch 1 cup orange juice 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tblsp butter 2 tblsp grated orange peeel-optional ½ tsp salt Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add juices slowly and stir until smooth-add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until thick and glossy. Cool and spread on cake. |
